A jointing compound ready to use formula. Simply brush into joints, stops weeds will not crack or wash out.

Fields of Application

Geo-Fix Jointing Compound is a quick and easy way of applying a permanent, rigid joint over 5mm wide and a minimum 25mm deep on all types of paving including:

Application Procedure
Preparation of Substrate

Ensure that the paving to be jointed is dry and free from loose dirt, debris, oil, grease, etc. It is essential that joint widths are a minimum of 5mm wide with a minimum depth of 25mm. Deeper joints can be part filled with dry sand or other dry materials, to the required minimum depth.
Geo-Fix Jointing Compound has superior flexural strength compared to mortar.
Geo-Fix Jointing Compound should be considered for its aesthetic and not its structural properties.


Geo-Fix Jointing Compound is supplied ready to use and DOES NOT require any further mixing or addition of any other materials.


Carefully open the vacuum packed bag and sprinkle Geo-Fix Jointing Compound sufficient to cover an area of 4-5 m2 (see coverage table below) Using a soft brush, push the Geo-Fix Jointing Compound into the joints ensuring that they are filled with the compound. To ensure a perfect joint press Geo-Fix Jointing Compound into the joints with a pointing tool, or compact into joints using a vibrating plate. Top up as necessary. Any residue left on the surface when cured can be simply cleaned off by sweeping with a stiff brush.


Use Geo-Fix Jointing Compound within 45 minutes of opening.
Protect treated joints from rain until fully cured. Any contact with rain and water before the compound has set will affect the product.
Do not use at temperatures below 0 degrees C or in wet weather.
The jointing should not be cleaned by use of high-pressure washers until cured for 7 days. The distance between nozzles to jointing must be at least 10cm.


Geo-Fix Jointing Compound is supplied in hermitically sealed 15kg vacuum packs.


Store in a cool dry place.
Protect the pack from punctures or piercing.
Any exposure to air will start the curing process.

Shelf Life

Geo-Fix Jointing Compound has a minimum shelf life of 24 months when stored in unopened containers in accordance with the manufacturers instructions.

Min Joint depth - with light vehicular traffic - minimum 40mm
Working temperature - 0 degrees C to + 40 degrees C
Workability duration - Approx. 45 minutes.
At+ 23 degrees C and 50% relative air humidity. Higher temperatures shorten working time, lower temperatures extend working times.

Resin Products

Can cause irritation, dermatitis or allergic reaction. Use protective equipment particularly for skin and eyes. Use only in well ventilated areas.


Chemical products can cause damage; clean spillage immediately.
